NEMT is transportation for patients who need to get to and from medical appointments but do not require emergency services. This includes dialysis, chemotherapy, doctor visits, physical therapy, and more.
Yes! Reliant Patient Transport proudly accepts Medicaid. We work directly with Medicaid to handle billing so there are little to no out-of-pocket costs for eligible patients. Call us to verify your coverage.
We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance for Medicaid rides. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Call us at 813-424-1119 for urgent scheduling.
We offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles, stretcher transport vehicles, and standard ambulatory transport. All vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped for patient safety and comfort.

Absolutely. Every driver is CPR & First Aid Certified, Defensive Driving Trained, and has undergone thorough Background Checks and Drug Testing before joining our team.
Yes, in most cases a caregiver or family member may accompany the patient. Please let us know when booking so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
